About

ANU is a boutique studio and clinic in the heart of Tel Aviv, built as a home for movement, community, and stillness. We host group classes, circles, and day retreats, and open our space for rent to practitioners and groups looking for a warm, grounded setting of their own. At the studio, Maya offers small vinyasa classes and 1:1 Inner Grounding sessions using the Satya Method, guiding people back to a deeper sense of presence and connection with themselves. Whether you're joining a class, gathering with others in circle, or working with me one-on-one, ANU is a space designed to help you return to yourself. It's a place built on two decades of teaching and practice, shaped around real, embodied experience.
